Vorige week (14 & 15 mei) was er een delegatie van het ErasMS team afgereisd naar het Belgische Genk voor de MS Research dagen 2024. Een evenement vol interessante presentaties over het lopende MS onderzoek in meerdere centra. Ook heeft het team van ErasMS meerdere presentaties gegeven (zie onderstaand). Verder hebben wij ons ook nog wisselend succesvol gewaagd aan de “ovenwant challenge”, een internet challenge om aandacht te vergaren voor patiënten met MS. Tot slot was er nog het theaterstuk een ‘Zenuwslopend’, een speelse en muzikale voorstelling die een aangrijpend inzicht gaf in het leven van mensen met MS, de groep voor wie wij al dit onderzoek doen.
